Jane rocks at scheduling . She can manage multiple practitioners, locations, and  modalities. She’s quite versatile and an extremely attractive program to use. Clients love her online booking site. This amazing program keeps getting better with age. Our favorite by a long shot.

Michelle Grasek is a marketing genius helping acupuncturists learn the ropes of attracting more clients through networking, facebook, websites, and more.  She has a large collection of courses and videos available on her website, all of which teach you how to fine tune your social media marketing so that more clients funnel in to your website. Holistic Billing specializes in processing insurance claims for acupuncturists.  Their website is full of helpful articles on the ins and outs of billing procedures and updates on reimbursement schedules, policy changes, and other current insurance related topics. Pricing varies on the size of your business and is all based on claims paid. Percentages of claims paid goes down as your practice grows to keep it affordable.

Fullslate is one of the simplest online scheduling software we have found.  It works for multiple locations and multiple practitioners.  It has great customizable features for appointment reminders and emails. Collect client reviews, sell packages, collect credit card payments, syncs with Quickbooks and  other calendars.  It’s a powerhouse of a schedule program .  Cost for Fullslate starts at $29 per month.

A great start-up guide for private practice.  It covers so many aspects of the business of acupuncture.  Filled with advice from veteran practitioners, this book is required reading in most acupuncture programs and should be a go-to resource for newly licensed acupuncturists.
