- Does Any Receptionist Answer My Phone or a Dedicated Person Each Time?Â
We pair each clinic with their own full-time virtual receptionist or a team of two part-time remote receptionists.  You get to know your team and rely on them just as if they are working alongside you in your clinic.  You and your reception team will be able to text, slack, email, and even talk to each other during your day. You’ll be on a first name basis with your dedicated teammates. Â

- Do I Get to Keep My Phone Number?Â
YES! Your clinic number will remain the same.  We can port your number into our system or provide you with a dedicated forwarding number.  You can forward all calls, or some calls, or scheduled calls.  It’s customizable for your needs. We can also text with your clients and provide a texting app right onto your WordPress website.Â

- What Do We Do for YOU?Â
Our US based receptionists answer questions about your services, book your clients on your preferred EHR, take Credit Cards on file, gather insurance info and input into your system, submit and reconcile claims, gather payments, and make sure new patient paperwork is complete and that patients know where to go on the first visit. We let you know when someone is running late, or needs supplements, and we assist you in any way with communication with your clients. Â We perform all the tasks you need to run a successful and thriving practice.
- Do You Bill Insurance?  Â
YES! Billing and Eligibility checking is offered for many insurances. Please reach out for more specific details on which insurance we can bill for you. If we can’t bill all of your insurance, we will work with you or your biller to help get insurance verified and relay the benefits to your patients and get them booked on your calendar. Â
