Our Team
Jenn
Jenn Collins, CEO and creator of Acuhub, has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1999. Jenn manages two clinics in southern Oregon. She loves helping other practitioners to manage thriving wellness centers and healthcare clinics.
Royce
Royce has been with Acuhub since its inception and has played a key role in its development. She is a huge fan of acupuncture and brings much experience along with her natural born talent for selling wellness services. Royce has been working with us since 2015.
Traci
Traci’s years of experience running a home office/business, along with transcribing thousands of insurance claims which has given her what it takes to be a fantastic office assistant.
Mary
Mary brings a wealth of experience from working as an administrative assistant in multiple acupuncture clinics. She is proficient in Janeapp, Acusimple, and several other calendars. Mary has much knowledge with herbs and products.
Micah
Micah brings years of experience in customer service and management, and has an amazing eye for detail. He loves living a healthy and holistic lifestyle, and receives acupuncture regularly for wellbeing and injury recovery.
Michelle
Michelle has excellent customer service and problem solving skills. She has a background in health coaching, yoga instruction, and wellness center administrative support.
Ann
Ann joined Acuhub in 2016 bringing 8 years of experience in healing center office management. She keeps clinics running like well oiled machines.

Samuel brings a wide history of customer support to Acuhub. His attention to detail and warm welcoming demeanor brighten your clients day and set the stage for a great first impression.

Falene is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with a background in customer support and a love of natural medicine. She’s highly organized and brings a vast skill set in reception and medical administration.
Eva
Eva brings experience working as administrative assistant in a busy dermatology clinic. Her skills include multi practitioner scheduling, accepting payments, email and multi-line phone management. Eva is also a certified yoga teacher as well as a certified holistic health coach.
