  1. Does Any Receptionist Answer My Phone or a Dedicated Person Each Time? 

We pair each clinic with their own full-time VA or a team of two part-time VAs.  You get to know your team and rely on them just as if they are working alongside you in your clinic.  You and your reception team will be able to text, slack, email, and even talk to each other during your day. You’ll be on a first name basis with your dedicated teammates.  

 

  1. Do I Get to Keep My Phone Number? 

YES! Your clinic number will remain the same.  We can port your number into our system or provide you with a dedicated forwarding number.  You can forward all calls, or some calls, or scheduled calls.  It’s customizable for your needs.  

 

  1. What Tasks Do We Do for You? 

Our US based VAs answer questions about your services, book your clients on your preferred EHR, take Credit Cards on file, manage emails, gather insurance policy info, and make sure new patient paperwork is complete and that patients know where to go on the first visit. We let you know when someone is running late, or needs supplements, and we assist you in any way with communication with your clients.  We can send invoices and assist with insurance eligibility checking too. 

 

  1. Do You Help with Billing Insurance?    

The answer is yes.  Currently we are broadening our services to assist you with your insurance burden.  We take down client insurance info into your EHR,  and can assist with eligibility checking, claim submission and tracking of routine claims.  **We offer this to Janeapp users only at this point. **
